THE GAME CHANGERS

For every team of any kind of sport, there's always a coach whose part of duty is to stand alert and maintain focus while studying the rudimentary activity of each and every game. He wouldn't bring his guard down anytime a game is on. Why??? Because no matter how perfect, complete, and skillful the players could be, he believes they can still make errors that can create a chance of loosing the game. So he always has a plan of interjecting other players for his advantage as far as the case may be.

However, the efficiency of such players depend on whether or not they can meet the arithmetic mean of the coach. If the coach is satisfy with the condition of the game, he wouldn't make any substitution, so any player who is taken in during the middle of a game is expected to change the direction of such game. All eyes are always on them for positive impacts because they are the game changers. This is what gives them strength, they become actively restless until their impact is felt.

Until we see ourselves as game changers, some impacts can never be made. Anywhere you might be right now, you are not there coincidentally, you were installed for a reason. In your family, organization, community, ministry etc, you are expected be a game changer.

Do not be comforted with the ephemeral momentary of your dwelling place no matter how interesting or no matter how intimidating.*It has never become interesting until your impact makes it interesting. There's no perfect team arrangement until your impact makes it perfect

Anytime I listen to people talking about the beauty of apartments and organizations in certain part of the nation, I use to tell them that I agree and appreciate the present beauty of such places but I'm not satisfy with such beauty until my own apartment is part of it. They haven't built it the way I want mine. Funny though, but it's the truth

As I conclude, no matter how delicious that very place could be, it's still lacking an ingredient which is you. They taught it is delicious, but how can they know there's something more delicious when they haven't taste the one that has yours.

You can never know that you have a unique print on your fingers by comparing your hand with someone else. It is until you do a fingerprint before you discover the difference.
