Firstly, let me take this moment to appreciate everyone who has been giving a time investment on all our publications and motivational quotes. Thank you for taking your time to absorb the values in our write-ups and for sharing with young passionate visionaries around you. The entire MOFYOV team is grateful! Today I'm inspired to share with you a principle that will help you in marketing your values if properly applied. This inspiration came as a result of a flashpoint I had within my cerebrum; which was an experience I had alongside a friend a few months ago when we visited a close friend that has a German Shepherd specie of the Dog's Kingdom.


We were on our way home that very day and we dropped by our friend's house to say hello to him. We had called him earlier before that time because we knew the compound had been secured with a dog, so he knew we were coming. However, our friend decided to play a game with us and he wanted us to learn a lesson about his dog.

On getting there, the dog was the first to welcome us with crazy sounds and fearful movements. With those movements, no one dares try opening the gate, yet our friend kept telling us to enter without fear. We thought it was a joke at first but our friend wouldn't come out, he kept waving to us from the inside. 


We believed him more than we believed the dog actually, so we entered with a trembled heart and a trembling feet movements, the dog then jumped on us fearfully, yet our friend told us to be patient with him; imagine how you would be if you were in that kind of situation, knowing fully well that the dog was not even a local dog. 

That dog performed all of his tricks on us, when he psychologically noticed we were not criminals, he then changed his strategies and started playing with us. Then our friend came out saying that was the perfect time for him to welcome us. 


The point is, that dog was trained to be a security guard and at the same time, a warm greeter. The factor that our friend put in between those two entities while training that dog is known as Self Confidence!
Please carefully follow me as I make you understand this more and how it applies to you!

The primary mission of that dog is to guard his friends and family against criminals, the secondary is to discern true visitors and welcome such people. Even though the dog had been trained to show love which is a weakness for securing, yet he showed self confidence at first as if he never understood  anything called love. Assuming we had bought into that idea of self confidence and we ran when he jumped on us, he would have run after us with full force and we would never plan visiting our friend again. 

Dear visionary, many of the dogs (not all) you see out there have their weaknesses, which are only known to their masters. All of the acts you see them performing is self confidence, and once they market it to you and you buy into it, they will go to their master immediately and shake their tails. To you, you have just ran for your life and to the dog, he has just fulfilled purpose and destiny!


The first key that makes people invest into your vision is Self Confidence! No matter how much or how little of the knowledge you have about that vision, if you are not sure of yourself in the right application of such knowledge, it won't be long before people find out, and once your weaknesses are discovered, your vision will be valueless in the general market. 

Why? Because this generation looks into your weaknesses more than they look for your strengths, and what they discover about you is what makes your pages within their heart. Trust me when I tell you this!


Have you been loosing out people who have once believed in the things you do lately? Actually, you thought it was because they are human beings and can leave you at any time. Yes, you are right about them being humans, but it could be that it was as a result of your negligence in securing that vision with confidence.

The question now is; when last have you applied confidence to the things you do? 
Though those values you have are worth marketing to people, it is still very important that you make people literally see what you are seeing in what you are doing. This is true!

Finally, the reason why people are exposed to all your weaknesses is because that little strength you have is not properly secured. If you can dwell on that little strength, guide it awesomely with self confidence and then sell it out, with this your true fans will never have time to look out for your weaknesses, BUT that very day you let down the guard of your confidence on your strength is that day your weaknesses start showing off. 


Till we meet on the next publication, never let your guard down, be confident about that very vision you have in your hands. Also, do not because of this writeup go on a mission to play with a hungry dog or a dog that has been trained to let go of all its weaknesses. I have only shared with you an inspiration out of my experience. Please note that all German Shepherds are not trained the same way.

    1. Thanks for asking sir. They are similar in theory but different in application.

      Self Esteem is the totality of what you think about yourself based on your worth and values, while Self Confidence is the reaction you give out to people around you to make them feel you are valuable, whether it is true or not.

      If I show confidence for a value, it does not mean I have such a value, people who are reasonable enough will even attempt to test my confidentiality. Self esteem on the other way round is that true feeling I have about myself base on my delivery and influence.

      Self esteem is within myself, while confidence is reaction to people around
