THE STRENGTH OF WEAKNESS

It is no more a new thing that when we are about to bring out our God's given potentials in us for the benefit of mankind, we often groom our cerebrum to centralize his programming on the resultant effect of our strengths.

When we see a young guy who conceive a vision and desire a little counsel from us, we normally ask questions like what did you like doing?, what are the things you find very easy to do?, and many more questions that put a target on the strength from our perspective.

But have we come to ask ourselves sometimes why we were created with weaknesses??? Weaknesses are not created so that we could have something that will draw us down from normal life, they are not created to become our doom. Recently I've come to discover that weaknesses are actually the strength we mostly needed to make our  visions come through.

Why? They are there for us to work upon, they are not good  for us and hence they become our focus, and while we focus on how to get rid or hide from their effect, we unconsciously manufactures skills needed to solve the puzzle of those that has the same weakness within them.

Any vision that doesn't feature working on how to groom people to manage their weaknesses is not yet a complete vision I assume. No matter how strong your weakness could have been, if  it is consistently manage well, it can be convert to one's strength.

As I conclude, every weaknesses are not coincidentally created by our maker, they are there for us to notice them as something that is needed to be worked upon, primarily because they are the highest factor in the rudiments of what will make up the things we are going to become in life.

Come to think of it, you have a vision and you have always been perceiving that something is missing somewhere, like an ingredient needed to balance up your effectiveness in that call, why don't you try out working on the strength of your weakness(es). You will be amaze by the excellent result that will come afterward.
